Domestic: Primo Vitamins currently ships to all 50 United States, as well as APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico. Items shipped in the United States will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service, and will take 7-10 days.

International: For items shipped internationally DHL will be used. Cost will depend on destination and weight.

Please note: Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and Territories, or APO/FPO addresses. At this time, delivery is limited to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

This product may settle during shipping. Store at room temperature. Color may change over time due to natural colors. This does not alter the potency of the product. Any clouding within a clear bottle is normal.

We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. For that reason we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.

Do you send partial shipments? Primo Vitamins does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items. Primo Vitamins does not handle back orders.
